In-Vivo Study: Anti-Wrinkle Effect of
PhytoCellTec™
Malus Domestica.

The
efficacy study of the active ingredients in
StemCellin with PhytoCellTec™ was conducted in a group of twenty female
subjects with deep crow's feet imperfections, aged
between 18 and 60. The methods used were the PRIMOS
system after 2 and 4 weeks and digital photos were taken
during the study.
Crow's feet photographs were taken at intervals of one
week and at the end of the study in order to obtain mean
parameters, thus taking into account slight day-to-day
variability.
Protocol:
The
subjects applied a cream with PhytoCellTec apple stem
cell extract on the crow's feet area. Applications were
conducted twice daily for 28 days. Each subject acted as
her own control.
The
twenty subjects had an average age of 53 years.
Reduction of crow's
feet
A 27%
reduction
in
crow's feet depth was observed after 4 weeks of
treatment with the PhytoCellTec stem cell extract cream.
